Operinter participates in Extenda Global, an event marked by new emerging markets

Operinter, a 360º logistics operator of international reference, has participated in a new edition of Extenda, a great meeting on global trade that has recently been held in Malaga.
This event has been a great opportunity for all types of companies with exporting and importing vocation have established new contacts through B2B meetings, as well as access to a full program of 29 conferences. This year, special attention was paid to services for the internationalization of strategic partners.

In this context, the company, which is part of the freight forwarding division of Grupo Alonso, has had the opportunity to showcase its large international network of logistics services aimed at all types of industries and markets. Operinter has also demonstrated its great potential to be a strong ally in the transport of all types of goods.

The role of new emerging markets

This edition was marked by the prominence of the new emerging markets in Sub-Saharan Africa and the Indo-Pacific region. Two of the keynote speeches were: “The geopolitical vectors that explain the world at the end of 2022” by Jorge Dezcallar and “Geopolitical implications for companies of the new world disorder” by Pedro Baños. Both conferences took a geographical and strategic approach in order to generate beneficial alliances and agreements with the aim of increasing the internationalization of Spanish companies.

In this context, Operinter has presented its complete, global and professional coverage to the whole world. The logistics operator has its own delegations in China: Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Ningbo, Qingdao, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Xiamen; in Seoul (South Korea) and in India: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Tirupur, Tuticorin, Coimbatore and Ahmedabad. It also has offices in Tunisia, Algeria and on the island of Cape Verde. In the Americas, Operinter has its own offices in Mexico (Mexico City and Guadalajara), Colombia (Bogota), Peru (Lima and Callao), Argentina (Buenos Aires), Costa Rica (San José) and Panama (Panama City). Extenda’s foreign network: 63 participating countries

In this edition Extenda Global 2022 has reached 63 participants. A record for an event that every year adds more professionals, in addition, up to 1,500 business meetings have been developed.

It should be recalled that, in the period from January to September, Spanish exports have risen 24.7% over the same period in the previous year, and have been billed 286,673.4 million euros. On the other hand, Spanish imports reached 340,110.5 million euros, an increase of 39.8% in year-on-year terms.
