Operinter participates in the course on the figure of the customs representative that has recently started in Algeciras. Organized by ATEIA Bahía de Algeciras – an association that brings together the majority of companies dedicated to logistics in Campo de Gibraltar and Ceuta – the objective of the classes is the acquisition of theoretical-practical knowledge to overcome the official call for the examination of customs representatives.
The opening ceremony was attended by Diego Romero, deputy national director of customs and OAS Operinter, who is one of the trainers of this second edition, along with Pascual Bosque, course director and head of service of the Customs of Algeciras, and Rocío Jiménez, ATEIA Bahia de Algeciras.
In his speech Romero reminded the students of “the importance of training the various operators operating in a port as important as Algeciras” and, in turn, of the workers themselves within their companies as active values of the sector.
